cam houses ?
 

Hey GFY, new to the forums, and was curious about legal cam houses in eastern Europe.

Do they run their own cam sites, or can you contract with them ?
Would anyone have info on companies who run cam houses legally ?

I'm starting to look into my own cam site, nothing big, and was just wondering the right method to go, either partnering with a cam house or just bring on individuals.

I know the market is probably saturated, and probably a lost cause to tap into. Right now I'm just gathering information on everything I could before I dip tons of $$ into something that might not have a great return :P If partnering with cam houses is best, then of course I want to work with legal / legit houses.

Any help on the direction of either going to cam houses or just bringing on individuals to cam on the site is helpful, thanks.

You must combine both studious and individual models! But first of all you need good traffic for your site because nobody will stay online on your site if they don't make money! If you don't have a lots of quality traffic then you must pay them at hour at least 1$/hour if they stay oline more then 20 hours at day (thats only an idea)! After your project will be ready I can tell you some forums where you can find models and studious, maybe you should also open a models refferal program!

best is to just go whitelabel and market the shit out of that, you dont want to work with the cam-houses in eastern europe, they are shit to work with.

If you don't mind, can you be more specific on why it's not a good idea to work w/ cam-houses ?

The goal I have in mind is a complete custom job for the site, I'm not wanting to really use an already built CMS or white label turn-key solution (would consider white label to start), because I want the site to be in control over itself. I have a few already build websites (not adult) that are based on say twitter or youtube API's, and all it takes is them to change or turn off and my sites will be done for and revenue cut 100%.

The plan I have in mind is a simple but complex "credit based" system for the site. Once I get the details ironed out, I'll be able to share it all with you so you have a more broad way of looking at this, but for now I'm just wondering the methods of cam-houses and/or individuals, which of course I was going to allow individuals as well no matter what.

My background is marketing & social media consulting and I do it for a living from home, so I'm not completely lost when it comes to "getting the attention" of users to come to the site, but to keep them on the site relies on content, which is what I'm trying to nail down on the best method to go.

In the next day or two, I will be releasing a more broad image of the features. Nothing in detail specifically. I'm at a point now where I'll need input from everyone who would like to give it :D

If it works, Proceed to build your own site. This way you don't waste money on hosting, bandwidth, and software.

I'm going to explore everything in regards to starting my own line / something completely new and completely socially interactive. And if all the signs basically tell me to do a white label ill be going that route to start (to build the revenue).

I'm just trying to exhaust all options first with being able to just launch what I envision, to start and see how it goes. As far as hosting / BW / software, that's not a major issue for me. I will be needing to hire a developer, but not listing that until later this week, but all welcome to apply.
