Payoneer support sucks!
I was write first ticket on July 18th, get response on 21st :
"We have transferred your request to the relevant department. We will notify you via email as soon as we have any updates regarding this issue." And after that 10 days nothing. Too bad that PussyCash don't pay via Paxum :( |
I think they just use GFY, worked for me.

Their phone support was actually good when I called. I got to talk to a native American and all was fluent. I remember callling epassporte support and coming to some phone center in India and everything was chaos
|
they blocked my working card, reason is "extended period of inactivity" without any notice, I got some cash from AFF and I can do nothing with it, and no answers during 5 days after first useless ticket response. I HATE IT.

If your account was disabled for inactivity you should be able to sign in to your Payoneer online account and re-enable it. If you don't have that option, our support team will be able to enable the account for you.
E-mail inquiries are generally answered within a few business days. We also offer immediate support via telephone and live chat. @wizzart and @pillow: If you'd like to send me your reference ID number (starts with LTK) I'd be happy to follow up and check the status for you. nissimal [at] payoneer [dot] com |
email with ticket ID sent.
Thanks |
....and this is why I request a paper check or ACH from nearly everyone I promote if they offer it. If they don't offer these two options, I likely won't do business with them. In 15yrs, I've only ever had problems with checks arriving from one company. Obviously I don't promote them any longer.

I don't like Payoneer - They have excuses for everything.
Paxum is better. Period. |
Might I ask why so many members here use services like Paxum and Payoneer and the like? Sure.. getting your money quicker is nice.. but I just looked down the list of fees for Paxum.. holy crap! Getting my money a couple days early just isn't worth what it costs to use that service. I still stand by paper check please. Even if one gets lost occasionally it's worth it.. and as I stated earlier, I've only ever had that happen twice with one company.
