What are you planning on wearing this season?

bronco67 08-01-2013 03:56 PM

Does it come with a tennis raquet?

Don't forget the white hat and matching beige cardigan.

i think it's fucking fantastic and i'd make that look like a million bucks sporting it, pending 2 changes:

1: i'm concerned with the construction of the jacket, the lines don't match where the sleeves hit the shoulders and the split between the collar and the lapel.

2. i'd go with different neckwear, a nice charvet tie ofr instance, a bit more oomph.

The problem with white pants is you have to wipe carefully.

it's a great looking outfit, just the fun of it would prolly out-weigh the sewing, problem is, to get that to match is very difficult and consequently, very expensive. imagine making an assembly line for 5000 of those and the lines MUST match. that's tough.

my previous life was in bespoke menswear, it's a curse now, i always nitpick clothing and find shit like stripes being off a bit and finding the perfect neckwear. lolz.

i know, right? :1orglaugh

i haven't been shopping for high end duds for a while so i am not sure at what price point getting that level of construction is happening these days. but kiton is the creme de la creme. for skinny guys anway, rounder fellows do better with brioni. :upsidedow

I think it looks fun for sure. That was my main concern. Something fun that has cool style. When the queen invites me over for tea I will pick up one with lines up patterns lol

georgeyw 08-01-2013 06:19 PM

Not sure if it is the hair style or the clothes, but I have the urge to punch my screen right now.

I think it looks very idiotic if someone would wear it at anything. You'd look like the clown of the room. A 50's yacht outfit comes to mind when looking at this.

do gay guys really shop for seasons, like women? Learn something new everyday... In return I'll learn you something about how straight men shop: When something is worn out, we buy mostly the same stuff again. So your question is very weird for the guys here.

Those stripes are impossible to pull off. Stick with subtle, classic colors and patterns :2 cents:
