The Nazis allied with Japan for several reasons..
1) It was hoped they would support the Nazis by attacking Russia from the East. This never happened.
2) The alliance was only for military strategic reasons. Germany wanted the conflict in Asia to weaken the USA's Navel ability to fight in the European theater.
3)Japan though Germany would help them conquer Asia and create a large Japanese Empire.
Basically Germany nor Japan gained anything from this alliance. Germany did far better when he allied with the Russians. It basically put Germany's army within close striking distance for operation Barbarossa.

Hitler was a buffoon, almost none of his plans were workable, all based on delusions. He believed Britain would be allies as well.

If it were wine he had actually owned, I'd understand. But this is any old wine, with his name and face on the label. Why give a shit? That is correct, it is widely believed the Nazis lost the war because of Hitler's incompetence
among many other reasons. If Hitler waited another 3 years (and actually listened to advise from others) the war may have ended much differently.
Hitler's mistake (among many others) was he concentrated way to many resources in offensive armaments, when he should have been paying attention to defensive measurements. They had the best fighter available at the time, the ME 262. If used properly
it could have defended the sky's over Germany and forced the end of WWII in a treaty.
But he insisted it be used as a bomber, to punish Britain.
