Rebill Failed Notice
 

I am getting tons of these. It's been happening for last 10 days. No much new sales lately and rebills failing.

CCBill, is there everything ok on your end? :helpme

Is it possible you didn't pay your VISA or Mastercard renewal fee?
In that case you get a bunch of failed rebills for all subscriptions with that type of card.

I just checked. Everything seems normal.

You didn't read my post, did you? I am not saying people have canceled membership but it failed due to... So, you are trying to tell me it's a problem on my end?

It can be only bank/ccbill/user relation.

Again, I am not complaining because 5 rebills failed, but it's much more.

If you want to get your post count higher, post some more here or just go fuck yourself.

People did not cancel, but their subscription failed. It's a big difference.

I could be wrong but I think he/she is saying rebills are failing not that people are canceling which has a different status.
