I'm sure by now everyone knows where to find youtube, dailymotion, myvideo and the rest of that shit!

I think they go with more factors than just that mate :)

Bounce rate, time on site, return visitors, pagers per visit, etc. Couple of on-site factors that matter.

If no one bounces, but time on site is a few seconds and all people are doing is clicking on 1-2 thumbs to get to the signup form, you're not gonna get much google love.

The real secret to Google is keyword and description meta-tags.
