is this $6000 pure profit after domains hosting and other expenses?

Kenny B! 08-28-2013 02:05 PM

What kind of sites, paysites, tube sites, tgp's, white label, forum, etc?
Any content associated with the site, exclusive, non- exclusive?
Any member info available?
Any affiliate program?

A few of the fundamentals, there are many more variables but there's a start.

LeRoy 08-28-2013 02:07 PM

HomerSimpson 08-28-2013 02:12 PM

Virtually zero

Fat Panda 08-28-2013 02:42 PM

your network makes $900 a month and you expected more than 6-10K?

if you do blog post and link sales I wouldnt count that in my calculation.

if your numbers pan out and are verifiable Id give you $2500

AmeliaG 08-28-2013 02:46 PM

What niches?

??? why would he sell his site for 3 months of income? I would say 10-12 months of profit.

I don't know that he would/should without the details but I understand the basis of the offer and that is because they are sites that make money from affiliate sales, and he doesn't specifically mention about whether he is selling the accounts with the sales in, so that means that chances are he is not planning to and so the buyer is not going to get any rebills, and thus it should be looked at as a sale of sites with no income. (in my opinion).

There is also a small contradiction - "Handwritten content" doesn't exactly match up with "virtually zero work".

pornmasta 08-28-2013 06:04 PM

estimate how much money you would make if you stop to work...

Fat Panda 08-28-2013 06:30 PM

if there are rebills involved seller would have to turn over all affiliate program accounts. if no rebills or unwilling calculation would be based only NEW sales last 30 days minus costs.

blog posts, spots, links, etc dont mean shit

also domains dont me shit anymore (unless they are super uber premium .com's)

:2 cents: just how i buy

Lykos 08-29-2013 04:29 AM

Could be 3-10k range.

Roald 08-29-2013 04:33 AM

really imo people can not give you a number that makes sense. What if he made 5k in the first month and 200 the rest of the months?

Too many factors.

Blogs cost money. If you don't keep them alive - you will lose traffic.

WTF, he would earn that in 2.5 months, and continue earning, why would he even consider this ridiculous amount?

Best-In-BC 08-29-2013 06:56 AM

Blogs :(

Nicky 08-29-2013 07:26 AM

If traffic is stable I'd say ~6 months income.

...but if you can post some of the domain names of the sites that are included in your network and show some stats then maybe you can get some better insight and possibly a sale.

Fat Panda 08-29-2013 08:56 AM

Im interested in buying them. If youre selling hit me up!
