Transferring a domain within Network Solutions
I'm trying to transfer a domain from one Network Solutions account to another. The documentation says that the receiving account initiates a request, the holding account should receive an e-mail requesting a transfer. The receiver tells me that they initiated the request, but as the holder, I have not received the transfer request.
Does anyone know what this transfer request would look like? I can run a search through my junk mail and see if I can find it. I have tried searching variations of Network Solutions and came up totally empty. This is something that I really need to get resolved, so any input would be appreciated. Thank you. |
Recently i transfer out a domain from network solution, it's not friendly to do.
You must unlock the domains, at the end of this operation you should be able to send the auth code to your email...the problem is this operation must be approved from networksolutions, so you must wait a couple of days probably before have the domains unlocked (you'll receive an email also for this) and auth code sent to your email. After this u can start the transfer, and after some days you should receive two emails for each domains transferred, in one of this there is a link to approve or reject the transfer. Good luck with these shit |
I have the authorization codes. I gave them to the receiver. Were they supposed to do something with the codes? The whole thing is a mess, want it out of my hair.
