Body builders are gay. When I say gay? I mean they spend more time looking in the mirror at them selves rather than concentrating on strength. That guy probably would have blown out a bicep or tricep had he kept going.

In this case, size doesn't matter... then again, seeing it's coming from some dirty, third world country it could all be rigged. Just saying... :2 cents::2 cents:

If it was just strength then the biggest guys in the world would dominate and we wouldn't have specialists.

i've seen "body builders" almost collapse when they had to carry a couch upstairs...

yeah bicep and chest guys are worthless for moving days.. hehe

real builders can help you move your car though ;)

That video has a little but of a cut but it looks like the pro guy dips his legs and drops his entire body weight down to win. the muscle kid did not do that.

When I was a kid we were wondering who would win Arnold or Bruce Lee. Almost same picture here.
And I am pretty sure 18 yo skinny boxer with 10 years of experience will knock them (body builder and armwrestler) out both in 1 round.
