they were created by the government back years ago because they invested millions in full body suits to protect against chemical warfare. then realizing that they would never be used because of the super secret submarines with superior shooting submissiles that are places just miles outside the coast would prevent any attack, they had to find a way to sell these suites to make money.

so the teamed up with every major airline to add in these chemtrails chemicals into each plane to spray over the air and get people to buy these suits. however the chemicals were expensive and heavy, slowing down the aircraft, so the government allows them to charge a "baggage" fee to recoup the cost of the added weight on the plane.

don't' you find it a little ironic that once you talk about these, call a friend or visit a website, somehow magically a catalog shows up at your house?!?!

I got the Dune reference too and figured that their plan is to prevent a world that has no water. Kinda far fetched when the world is... like... all watery as hell?
