...and the owner is asking $50,000 obo. It's ranked at 75,000 on Alexa. Does that sound like a good or fair deal? From the article on the site announcing the sale:

Honestly not worth it for starters just two weeks ago it was well above 100K on alexa. As was pointed out there is no ad revenue and i would be surprised if the real traffic was more than 1000 views a day

Not beating up on cindi just pointing out the reality of it. the ONLY value the site would have is luke fords old archives...assuming they are included in the deal...Id put the real value at less than 10K honestly
