It is time for me to stop talking and start doing.

I have one hurtle I cant get over. I need to find a local legal resource or get a possible referral.

I'm not sure what sort of attorney I'm going to need for obscenity type law.

Doesn't matter where it's produced. Just matters where it can be accessed.

Do a search for Max Hardcore and his Tampa trial. The content was produced in California. The Euro and US versions were sold to a distributor that many studios use. That distributor sent off Euro versions to Tampa. The government tried him in Tampa. Then gave the distributor immunity to testify to that.

Basically the judge told the jury that they didn't need to watch the videos in entirety, because she already had and found them to have no weight under the three prong law that is obscenity. Thats right. She told the jury those movies have no protection under the 1st amendment. She also ordered the jury to find Max guilty if by his production of the movies they could assume that he wanted to distribute them for financial reasons.

Gotta get plans a thru f in effect and be ready. The powers that be do what they want to appease the people who give them money.
