Bernie is hardly "independent"

Jessie Ventura is independent. Ross Perot was independent. John Anderson was independent.

Bernie is much more of what I think is a "real" Democrat. A true liberal. As opposed to what passes as "liberal" these days in the political games of Washington D.C.
