Any methods on getting willing female models?
 

Currently i've been getting female models off backpage to do some adult shoots. But it's a lot of work talking to all those girls when 80% of the time they don't end up showing up when they say they will.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good resource to find models. I don't mind paying to post ads as long as it'll get me somewhere. I have several shoots every week so I need a solid flow of women. I've also posted on CL, but haven't got too many solid response's

I've found that girls are more motivated to do this type of work, and actually show up at the end of the month (when rent is due)

Yea... dang. I've been waiting all night for 2 diff girls to show up and neither of them showed up. What a waste of time and money for me... Thank god for GTAV waiting around at the studio isn't too boring :)

You need to hook yourself up with a pre-screener like a club promoter or HR at a stripclub. Craigslist and backpage only goes so far (because it's free). That's the single biggest advantage.

Everything needs to look and be legit too, such as having a real physical office.

And you may need to be female. Female scouts have way higher model acquisition rates. Best if you can get a former model of yours to do it.

When I used to shoot amateurs we`d get 12 girls lined up knowing ony 3-4 would turn up.

yup, I'm still super tight on budget. So right now i'm mainly using girls I know personally. Paying $100 for a 30min bj shoot. $200-300 for a 1-2 hour sex shoot.
I would probably get more models if I offered more money, but I gotta feed myself too!

I have over $15,000 in lighting and cameras so it does look legit. I also have 3 different shoot locations. 2 house's and a MMA Gym my friend owns that I turned part of into a studio.

But if that's all you really have to spend on girls, hit a city that has been crippled from the economic slow down and have at it. Detroit comes to mind. No shortage of people struggling out there these days, you just need to be in the right location.

I don't know what sort of content you're shooting so maybe you need all that gear. But if you don't, see if you can sell some of it and use the money toward girls. The "show up" ratio is directly related to the amount of money you pay. Girls won't care if you're shooting in a $29.99/night Motel 6 if you are paying more and in cash.

When I started I was offering very low rates and I did get some girls. But you use those girls up pretty quickly. Then you have to offer more and continue to raise your rate until you reach a point where the amount you're willing to pay gets you a stream of girls to shoot that is sufficient for your needs.

You will find that you can still get the $100 BJ scenes and the $300-$400 sex scenes but that's typically AFTER you've shot them in at least one full pay scene. Then they'll come back to YOU a month or two later asking you for work and you can honestly tell them that you've pretty much shot them in everything you normally shoot a girl in but if they'll shoot for a discount you suppose you could find something to shoot them in and then you can get some cheap content that you may use now or you may not use for years. But it's a cheap way to bank some good content. You weren't going to shoot them again anyway so it's a win-win for you both. She makes some money and you get some cheap content.

I'm not going to give you specific advice on what to pay per scene. What I will say is try to find a way to get at least $600 into the girl's hands for whatever work you can shoot her in in 3 to 4 total hours of her being onsite. Maybe ask her to do a b/g scene AND a BJ scene in one session. If you got that for $600 that would be in line with what you're trying to pay and yet get her a bigger payday for that particular day. The bigger the payday the greater the chances are that she will show up. In order to get a steady stream of girls you'll most likely have to pay more than I'm suggesting but this will at least get you going in the right direction. From there you can find the appropriate rate for your area and volume needs.

Could you work with an agent? Maybe the bigger ones like Mark, Jay and Derek won't work with you until you're established, but Conor or Corey might be able to help you out.

My experience with agencies is many agency girls don't show up, the ones that do have been up all night escorting and are in no shape for a full day of shooting, and the agents simply don't give the girl my shoot specs so she shows up not knowing what she is doing and without the wardrobe I want. If you are shooting amateurs, like I do, then the obvious presents itself - the agency girl is a porn girl, not an amateur, and it is obvious. So if you are shooting amateurs you got your work cut out for you.

If your content is REAL amateurs then your product is how to find them. Shooting pro-ams from the lesser known agencies works just fine for most "amateur" shoots.

1. Try finding an agent. Professional knows how to deal with the girls.
2. Try to spam some escort and model agencies near you. (again it will be your agent)
3. Try to find MORE jobs for the girls - like if you are saying about $300 - noone will do anything but if you will say you have 10 days of shootings for $300 each -($3000 as a total) - usually you get 90% of girls ready ;)

1. Sound legit when you talk to them on the phone. Dont come across as a cornball with a camera.

2. Schedule the shoots the same day they call you. The only reason "randoms" call these type of ads is because they need money immediately. You schedule them days later, the money has been found by other means and they wont need you anymore.

3. Dont have 5 guys with you. That kind of shit makes girls nervous - because they dont know you at all.

I don't mean to prove it here, but show it to the girls, if you will do a good job shooting them.

I am curious why would a chick fuck on camera for 200$ while she can fuck in private for that? Not speaking about those situations when escorts go into porn so that they could be a "star" and charge clients more later :)

If you are only going to pay $200 you need to be hot and sweet talk a girl into it OR just learn to be content scraping the bottom of the barrel.
