Hi everyone, long time lurker here, sometimes poster here.

I would like an honest site review of my site NYass.com - I have updated on and off for a few years now and within the past few months have kept up with updating every week. Basically an urban hood website where I find local ny girls to perform on camera. Most

Although I have seen a steady rise in members and less cancelations since I have kept up with updating, I only make a few hundred dollars per month and looking for ways to obviously make more. Right now I promote on xvideos and xhamster which has been a huge boost especially when I place longer clips and it gets featured but at times I can go 2 or 3 days without a single sale. I also use clips4sale which is a small boost but for some reason some people prefer to pay $20+ for two videos when they could download the entire catalog for less than if they got a monthly membership. I also have a vertotel affiliate set up 50/50.

I would like to know more ways I can improve to build a higher member base. I am also in the works of getting a brand new layout for the site since that is something I did on my own many years ago its seriously outdated. In the new layout I wasn't to get links at the header instead of only at the bottom. Also I would like to make my preview videos in smaller flash videos instead of WMV files that not all hardware platforms can open.

Any other ideas on how to improve on getting more members, and new layout items needed to be more successful are greatly appreciated.

Well I don't have ads on my site per say. Its just an affiliate programs for webmaster to sign up and there is a 50/50 split for all customers that they send and actually get a membership.

Feel free to index them to your site if its just for the trailers and not full movies from my members area. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. What do you mean concerning the thumbnails, as in being able to click on a couple of the for a bigger picture of the image? If that's what you meant it is an excellent idea and I will think of incorporating this.

The stream player is something I have been aware off and looking to incorporate while I shop around for a new site design. As per the hand job site, it is my site, in my "network" and simply there to let potential members know they will be receiving access to both.
