How to Fix Adult Negative SEO?
I read the post here (gfy thread=1111386) about negative SEO but doesn't actually say how to report or fix the problem! Anyone knows anything more?
Problem: Some hackers injected more than 2k links to different small sites which are pointing to my site with keyword 'child porn'. I have ignored it month ago but it looks like traffic has finally been dropped significantly due to this issue. I am certain this is causing the issue since no alteration had been done at the site during this period. |
To get the links removed just file a complaint with the hosting provider of the site or sites pointing to you. Any responsible provider will suspend any site that mentions child porn or links to it
|
Also, you could contact the search engines directly to to ask to have those links devalued if they support that service. I've had large success with Google being willing to help when it comes to links about porn.
EDIT: In my experience, the search engines respond and act much faster than hosting providers, which is why I made the suggestion. cover all grounds |
If you want to may someone to do it, contact sig.
We're looking to set up this service in the near future. I'd be happy to help you get in early. :thumbsup |
Try Google Webmaster's new disavow tool if the links are listed there.
