I was looking for a server for one of my sites
Got an offer from Choopa which corresponded my requirements for config and price
Passed on that because of their 'support' of pirates
Such shitty hosts like Choopa should be out of this business :2 cents::thumbsup

choopa will shut down server if they get proper copyright infringement notice and client isnt removing content. they never ignore it.

I don't know shit about that sector but it seems like a loop hole must exist in the law. Like if you are a public figure, and a photo of public figure is made public... then it is public property as well. Something like that... I don't have any clue... would never touch that sector.

I have heard though that barefootsies is a professional in the *celebrity* niche. Maybe his fat ass can comment?

I think the laws on privacy and model releases are relaxed when you're a public figure, but that doesn't bypass basic copyright of the image.
