He was charged and convicted with DUI in Miami, Florida in 1999. He was also charged with marijuana possession at the time - but the charge was later dropped.

Apparently he never learned his lesson in Florida.

I have to admit when it started I thought it was a political campaign to get the guy - However, I have seen enough to realize the guy really is a nut case...
