I own and run a Program (Porn Nerd Cash) with 32+ paysites (Porn Nerd Network). I do most of the work myself (design, webmastering, affiliate manager, traffic trades, etc) but also now have 8 employees who do most of the heavy lifting and repetitive work.

For 2014 I'm doubling my business model. I'm launching a new mini-network of HD sites and a whole new affiliate program to go along with them. Fun times (and very profitable).

Are you asking because of free time as of late? I just read your other thread, then this one. New opportunities always exist.

I'm involved with educating about the value of proper billing. I estimate on a global scale, about 50% to 100% revenue is left on the table due to poor billing techniques.

I only talk about the things that I do, after it stops being effective and I've moved on to something else.

Remember the old goto search engine? I was majority owner of their 1-10 ranked top affiliate each month. The rich old ppc days when $50,000 a week net was the norm. That disappeared instantly. Plug was pulled overnight. A lesser partner went off the deep end emotionally. Lot of lessons learned, the hard way.

I started a writing outfit earlier in the year that has seen growth every single month. I'm planning to eventually expand into offering other services and will set up an external office (instead of working out of the 'third bedroom' that my landlord assured us was not an office) so that I can expand even further.

This time next year I want to be the ONLY name people consider for outsourcing writing, and I've started to save up enough to have a deposit on a property, likely an apartment, through writing alone.

I think that it doesn't matter what you do to make cash in adult. All that matters is that you're the best at what you do.

People will pay for quality, and a long list of current clients will tell you after their disaster stories with Indian outsourcing firms, nothing gives you peace of mind quite like knowing the people you work with are going to give you EXACTLY what you want.

I guess it's how you look at it but I consider each paysite to be its' own entity. There is no 'common Members Area', each site has its' own, so that's why i consider them 32 seperate paysites linked into a network rather than 1 big site (with 32 landing pages).

I'm an affiliate & also involved with a cash program as far as adult goes. I sometimes do development on the side, but only have one continuous client right now and I like to keep it that way.

At the end of the day, I consider myself an affiliate first. The rest is just icing on the cake.
