AIDS LifeCycle 2014 Fundraising ;-)
 

Getting ready for my 4th consecutive year as a rider and it's time to really get rolling with my training and fundraising! Happy New Year!

Participating in AIDS LifeCycle is about raising money for a good cause and it's about the physical/mental/spiritual challenges faced and overcome. It's also about teamwork and what we can accomplish when individuals come together and work towards a common goal.

The riders, volunteers and staff that all do the actual 7 day event are a big part of it. But without you the donors none of this would happen and we would not be accomplishing something really powerful. Your donations have a huge impact on the lives of thousands of people who rely on the essential medical services of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the LA Gay and Lesbian Center.

Thank you to all of you who donated in previous years, and to those of you who have helped to kick-start the fundraising this year. Exceeding the first milestone of $1,500 before midnight last night was awesome! I am 7% of the way to this year's personal goal of $20,000 raised.
