Client Is Hiring: Program Director For Full Adult Program

I have a client with a significant mainstream business online already who is now getting more deeply involved with establishing a network of adult sites, including an affiliate program and several niche paysites. They are looking to hire someone full time with a strong reputation in this industry, useful contacts and the ability to get things done. The role is more of a program director than an affiliate manager, and is backed by an experienced team of coders, designers, and IT professionals capable of doing all the back end work.

As he put it, "I'm expecting a guy who will go to webmasters and convince them to try the program, as well as being active and smart on forums in order to develop the brand and bring attention to it. The profile I'm looking for is, an experienced sales guy with experience in the business, self-motivated, and wanting to help develop a successful brand. I mean, not only being a sales guy but also who can bring ideas. I'm also expecting a guy who I'll have a good chemistry with. To that person, I'm expecting to give a competitive base salary on a monthly basis, with significant performance bonuses for active affiliates. I'm not selfish, if they succeed, they'll make good money."

This is a full time position for someone who can bring results, and they are ready to invest significant resources in the project, both in terms of developer time and money. They are open to the idea of working with someone remote if that person can establish and exceed agreed short term milestones while working toward long term goals.

I've worked with the Mainstream side of their business for a while. They pay immediately, are easy to work with and have reasonable expectations. If you have the skills and the face to move a brand forward, this is a very strong offer from a professional company with a good chance of succeeding. Qualified candidates should contact me via ICQ, Skype etc and I'll put you in direct contact with their owner.

Like any worthwhile position, it is exactly what you make out of it. Someone who limits their value will end up in a more limited role. Someone who shows they can do more will access to all the tools needed for expansion. :2 cents:

Also, as a clarification, someone contacted me to point out that the posting mentions a "sales guy" asking if it excludes women. Any male or female too timid to apply is also too timid to succeed. I am sure the client would hire a 'sales alligator' (male or female) if one has sufficient qualifications and a proven track record of success... :winkwink:

Qualified candidates are already aware that the words 'than' and 'then' do not mean the same thing.
