I've been screwed by ebayers like this before, they construct their listing so it will show in the search results alongside the real thing but for a slightly better price, when you are looking at a dozen or more items for sale one stray word can easily escape your notice. Especially it the item is ending soon.

In my case it wasn't a photo and I actually paid a nearly fair price for what I bought but the seller made the listing to look like it was a set of 4 speakers when it was only one.
