Obama smoked weed. That didn't seem to make him any less aggressive in his bombing of Lybia, Pakistan, Yemen, etc.... (20,000 airstrikes just in his first term), escalated the war in Afghanistan, signed a deal to open 7 military bases in Columbia, sets up a drone base in Niger, etc, etc, etc, etc....


Not exactly all "mellowed out" by that week he smoked, huh?
