The page you're referring to is not a new login page. What you are seeing is a request to confirm that the information we have on file for you is still correct.

Simply scan the info listed on that page and make your selection at the bottom of the page to confirm it or update it, then click Save/Submit.

The page will not display again the next time you log in.
