Need good flash designer/animator for mainstream website
 

I am looking for a good and reliable flash designer or animation studio for a main stream website about Belgian chocolate.

The main entrance should be an old british shop. When clicked on, the front door opens and a happy animated sales person deals out 7 boxes of chocolate. Preferably rotating on a table/desk (example: cocacola.com). When clicked on a rotating or hovering box of chocolate it takes you to an information page about its contents.

I have drawings, flyers, logos and everything. I am taking cocacola.com as an example of what the client wants to establish and the budget is high. Recommend me an established designer studio which can make this happen please.

flash doesn't work on phones (and tablets)
avoid it at any cost...

While I agree with the concerns that my colleagues have brought up... I can still handle this if its what you or the client needs.

What else is possible for animation if not flash?
