Streaming Video Service with password protection?
 

is there something like that?

Need to upload some videos that only people with password should be able to access

i could use Youtube and set them to private but it's hard stuff and i dont want YT to find them

Another vote for Vimeo. Unless you have the actual link and password, you can't even search for the video.
