This position will be responsible for engaging, negotiating, promoting, reporting and managing media buys and traffic deals across a wide portfolio of adult websites. As part of your duties you will have to identify and execute the best and most profitable marketing campaigns.

-Book and Manage multi-platform CPA, CPM, CPC campaigns ensuring the best performance is delivered for each one.
-Develop relationships with ad networks and ensure the best campaigns are created for each respective category.
-Create specifications for the design/operative teams to create the best converting art.
-Use the analytic/administration tools to determine which platform (mobile, tablet, pc.etc) will convert better by managing the inventory/budget.
-Manage a monthly budget and deliver the proper financial reporting in a weekly basis (profit and loss, conversions, traffic%+/-, etc).
-Answer buy, marketing, support requests on demand.
-Identify new opportunities and provide feedback to operations in order to improve the portfolio.
