Have you got any BIN price in you mind?

Flippa show BIN at $1,200. He is letting it go cheap. I'd buy it but I do not have the skills to run a site like this.

BIN is only $1200. It is very chap, great opportunity for an affiliate program to get that webmaster traffic. Most of tubes built using the theme are adult.

There aren't really any skills needed. I have no idea how to code (except maybe very basics) and I run it no problems at all. I get an email every now and than with someone having questions, but it is mostly people too lazy to actually read the instructions.
