When pornchicks and lawyer realize they can win big bucks for STDs the condom law will be moot, every company in porn will start requiring condoms.

I think she has every right to sue him. If he knew he had an STD and willfully exposed her to it he should get busted for it. As for suing a company, I guess that would depend. If they didn't have a current test for him or they knew there was a chance he was infected and still hired him, they should get sued as well. If they had no idea what was going on, then they should be left out of the matter, but I guess it will take a hearing at least to determine that.

I guess I just don't see it as that. In this case a guy wronged her and knowingly exposed her to danger and she sued.

This is one isolated case with one guy who knew he was infected and lied/falsified documents so that he could continue to work. Unless there are a lot of guys out there doing this kind of thing, I don't see it as being a big deal.

Of course, I've been wrong before, but I would guess we won't see any more non-Mr. Marcus related cases for a long time.
