Payoneer Problems

I started using Payoneer a few months back to move about 40K p/month and I have had nothing but problems with them. Every second week my money is either late or 'there was an issue' (of which they don't notify me or automatically resend, they wait for me to contact them) so they have to resend it again days after I was already supposed to receive the funds.

At one point for a period of about 2.5 weeks they held up $22,000 of my money by having constant issues sending the money despite it working fine for weeks prior to it.

I was considering becoming a partner to start doing my payouts with them, but shit I can only imagine the headaches I would be dealing with by doing that many transactions with them p/month.

Has anyone else encountered multiple issues with these guys? How is Paxum in comparison?

payoneer is great , but they are late this time, its the first time for me so i dont mind, and my payouts are nt tas big as yours , so that may be issue, anyways you should contact "i dont recall his name" from payoneer.

I don't have near the money you have to move either, not even close - but I do know I've sent them 2 emails in the short time I've been using them and never gotten a response back from either - just little support questions - but it isn't promising when they can't even respond to the little things - does tend to make me a bit nervous.. :Oh crap

You receiving 40k$ monthly over payoneer as affiliate?I dont know for you but unless you receive payments from hundred of different sponsors wire would be much better solution.

I agree, I've had a hell of a time with their support. I was lucky in that when I originally started using them they caused so many issues for us that I eventually was put in touch with a director who seems to be able to actually get things done but the problem is that when they screw up so much, I can't trust them with my money.

Affiliate work only makes up for about 10% of our gross revenues - Wires would be preferred in this scenario but unfortunately they aren't an option at this time.

I'd really be curious to hear from anyone using paxum - particularly if you're using it to perform payouts to employees.

I have also every few weeks lots of problems with them.

Have a partner where I have for example 3 accounts. Partner said he send the money for all 3 days at the same time, only for 1 account the welcome mail regarding new payment had been coming, the rest is at payoneer and I didn't receive it.

Happened to me already the second time and it takes several weeks until the partner can clear that with payoneer so that I will get my money....

It's really a bad service at payoneer.

The only times I had problems with Payoneer is when I neglected to include my van # with my funding wire. When I reached out Payoneer actually funded my account manually ahead of confirming receipt of the actual transfer (thats what they said anyway - I kinda suspect they saw the funds transfer) and as a result of them doing that I was able to make an on-time payout that would have been late otherwise. So to me, they are doing fine.
