What to ask for when ordering a new server?

What would you ask for in your setup if you needed a secure server that hosts videos, sends out verified emails that wont go to spam & allows X-Send to encrypt your videos links?

I just like creating content but this server administration stuff is taking up a lot of my time lately.

Please include anything I didn't think of but would need :helpme

SMTP.com combined with your hosting will probably give you better deliverability, especially for bulk mailing prior customers and such, than anything you could get with most hosting setups alone.

Use something like Mailgun for your outgoing mail, I use that for a lot of my servers now...but really if you don't want to be administering your server then get a good managed server and let them know what you want done and they'll do it.

You need to make sure that the IP you start out with is relatively clean, then have proper email server setup... OR as has been suggested above -- OUTSOURCE the email handling portion AWAY from your host to a specialty email company.
This puts the responsibility of email delivery on a company specializing in it, rather than your host who has to handle a lot of other things for your server already.
