program3 and nastydollars saying fuck off to affilites?
or why is support not answering emails? where can i ask something about the program, when main support is treating me like some trash? i am sending sales, and nobody can get back to me? this is really incredible, i feel like my boss is laughing at me and saying fuck off you little piece of trash, you are not worth my few words! :helpme :warning really, seriusly! :warning :warning :warning thank you for reading ... :2 cents:

so you are rep for both programs? maybe the easiest way to prevent similar misunderstandings is to update contact informations, as contact emails in affiliates area are deaf ... :2 cents: will send you email, but, where? and from now on, you are the guy from bb, p3 and nd? i am really lost, sorry ...

update emails on contact pages to one actual and answer those emails, and, voila, problems solved! :2 cents: its not only about bb, there is many programs who dont answer, maybe you have to send ten sales a day to get into vip support ... :Oh crap ... sad ... :2 cents:

maybe someone looking at support tickets at program3 would be a start. Tried multiple times to reach someone at p3 via both tickets and emails regarding a webmaster referral. Bring back Hans, at least the guy was contactable and answered affiliates..

Affiliate programs are abusing the "be patient" clause, because they know other gfy members, or industry board members, will buy into it and defend them.

Got in touch with Steve now, so apologies for getting a bit pissy in this thread - I shoulda took it on it's own as a single snafu rather than react to it at the end of a line of snafus with other programs before it.

I PERSONALLY answer my affiliates emails. And not one of them has ever gone unanswered as far as I know ...and for 12 solid years now. If there is an issue, I will fix it immediately. However, there are not many issues really. Just a bunch of sales flowing in from the guys that promote the content. I get a few questions here and there, but not that many. It's a pretty solid and simple program with high conversions.
