Looking to fill Remote Web Designer Position

You MUST be:

1. an EXPERT in photoshop/illustrator
2. an EXPERT in html/css
3. an EXPERT in client-side scripting like Javascript
4. an EXPERT of the internet, web design trends and UI/UX trends
5. a person who can 'pick up the ball and run with it'

How many jobs a month do you guys generally place?

Im just curious what the market is like in general. Also, is your fee structure similar to run of the mill mainstream recruiting services?
