I am a french webmaster making a living on the french market but i would like to give a try to international markets.
I did a try on the spanish market and I am getting traffic there (several thousands a day).
Now is time to try to get some US trafic !

I have a trainee for 3 months and she is very fluent in English (she studied English at university) but now she's into webmarketing.

What kind of content or niche could we work on ?
