WTF clips4sale admin page down 24 hours
 

The site is still up but the admin is not https://storeadmin.zapya.com/
I assume it does not work for anyone else.
Anyone know the problem?
The girls are bugging me. This is how they are kept busy.

Opened a ticket a few hours ago as also FTP upload doesn't work.
Answer was "We are experiencing a temporary server issue which the programmers are currently working on and it will be fixed shortly."

still not working...

been 24 hours for us. They are still doing well so I don't see this as the sky falling but any other time we get notice even if they did not know about it. We get a message sent soon after

INFORMATION AS OF 09/18/14 @ 8:15am EST

We are experiencing a Producer Admin ONLY server issue which all of our programmers are aggressively working to fix. We have a team of programmers and server technicians on site in our data center working since last night (09/17/14 at approximately 5:00pm EST) to correct the problem and get the producer admin servers back online.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -

There is a possibility that the Producer Admin (zapya.com) will be offline for the next 48 hours (this message is currently dated 09/18/14 @ 8:15am EST and will be updated as we get more information).

The server issues DO NOT effect the public / customer side of the website or sales of currently activated content, it only effects access to the producer admin on the zapya.com server set and FTP access with a stand-alone FTP program.

Any clips being activated were already set by producers for FUTURE ACTIVATIONS.

NO ONE has access to the producer admin at this time while we work on the servers.

We understand that your ability to update is extremely important and we are working very hard to get the servers back online.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get the producer admin servers back online.
