Question re Amazon honouring pricing mistakes?
Ok, so I'm looking for a cheap IDE CD player to use just once - In an arcade machine. as opposed to a 'normal' computer...
I come across this - £102.00 http://i.imgur.com/nGS5cPS.png Well thats a bit steep for a one time deal, so I find the same one on amazon for 2.24p and £1.75p Handling - Total of £3.99 - Thats about a saving of £98 ! Bargain! So I order it, and get confirmation... http://i.imgur.com/nEZMRS5.png Then I get an email that my order has been dispatched... Complete with a 'weird' tracking 'number'... http://i.imgur.com/dtJg5Ud.png But when I visit the seller via the link, I now see... http://i.imgur.com/Hiozq6T.png So its gone up to £39.95 They obviously put the wrong price on it! So the question is, do they still have to honour the £3.99 price, or if not can I take recourse via Amazon? . |

I'd contact them. Amazon is the best. They've always hooked me up.
