What the hell is going on with Paxum ?
 
Anybody know whats going on with Paxum ??

We have been trying to load our business account via our credit card for days and it just says they are in the process of a "maintenance update" and to try again later.

Tried calling them and it just goes to voice mail !!

We have affiliates that want paying and I doubt they will want to wait a further 5 to 7 days it takes for the other methods Paxum offer for loading your account.

Plus im not too sure we want to load our account with thousands of dollars if Paxum are having some kind of trouble

Load via credit card has not been working for a bit, you may as well take some time, do some planning and fund via another method.

It's honestly a pretty risky feature, (risky for Paxum that is) and I have been impressed that it was offered and worked when I used it but it would not surprise me at all if it went away, nobody I know of offers this and given the potential for abuse I think it's pretty clear why.

Yeah I can appreciate that. However we have been doing it every month for years with no problems and I wish they would tell us if its no longer available instead of just saying its a "maintenance upgrade" and to "try again later".

Been sat here for 2 days trying to load our account thinking this is just a temporary glitch and the fact that I cant get an answer on their phone support doesnt help

Hi TACNet,

Load by external credit card is a service we provide through a 3rd party provider. That provider is currently undergoing maintenance of their system. As a result loading by external CC is not currently functional.
