Anyone trading USD/RUB lately?
 

"shorting" that shit is easiest $$ I made in years, at 41.8962 right now... when is good time to get out, do you guys think at 50? 60? or would you take half my profits now?

please tell me more, i have about 20usd to invest! :thumbsup

USD/RUB trend is not hard to work out, just look at 1 year trend... it's pretty obvious where there is $$ to be made.... :2 cents:

I would think there are plenty of "businessman" around here... so any way to make $$$ is as good any other... this seems like the easiest opportunity to make $$, till the internet started... :2 cents:

IMO the answer depends on your objective, AKA what were your original intentions for this trade & have those objectives been met. given that shorting is generally a speculative move & therefore short term i feel it is best to take profits when the opportunity arises as speculation profits are more exposed to unexpected events than investments, which are intended to be held through storms.

How does that saying go - when everybody and the taxi drivers start to invest in a "easy way to make cash" then it goes down.

That's a huge drop in value.

I haven't followed any of the market news but I would think the best time to get out is when Russia and Ukraine comes to an agreement which would result in the economic sanctions on Russia being lifted
