I'm a Computer Science Engineer with over 7 years of experience in web development. This experience includes PHP/MySQL (including Zend, WordPress and others), HTML(5)/CSS(3), JavaScript, jQuery (including Backbone.js), and other languages.

My usual rate is $40/hr, but I'm offering the first 10 hours at only $20/hr, and if the project can provide 10-15+ hours a week constantly, my usual rate can also be negotiated.

I can provide references, letters of recommendation, and also do coding tests to prove my expertise if you need it.
