Just had to drop a buddy off today in Reno, but it was a bit snowy today here in Tahoe.. We did a hyper lapse of getting down from where I own my cabin to the main highway..

I don't see any signs of a city or town around there - where do locals who live there permanently go for shopping/medical/school etc? What's the closest city?

Man, the wealth that exists in this country, so many multi million dollar homes in every state though of course some states are less desirable and less expensive.
