What player should I use on a Wordpress blog?

I got a KVS Player Pro from CyberSeo.net, and it looks like it is only supporting .mp4 files. I am trying to add an .f4v file, and it does not work. I want to use a lot of embed videos, from a lot of sponsors, and I am not sure what am I going to be looking at, moving forward...

Does it make sense to stick to the KVS Player Pro, and use only / search for mp4 files, or should I switch to something else.

I have no idea what formats are used by sponsors, but I will be looking for embed clips urls sponsor after sponsors (biggest first, moving towards the smaller / less popular ones). I want to have thousands of embeds on the site, in the end.

Does KVS player sound like a good way to go?

Thanks.

HTML5 has video controls. Plugins and players are a thing of the past: HTML5 Video

There is also this one: Media Element Js

Would it be better than the KVS Pro for Wordpress? KVS can be good, because I should be insert in video ads (if needed) through the admin.

This is planned to be a long-term and a very large site.

KVS Player Pro does not seem to be responsive too...

It looks like they have put the MediaElement.Js stuff into the Wordpress core and I want to start playing around with that.

I am guessing investing in content that is in a video format that is a widely used standard like .mp4 versus flash video and/or conversion software to make each clip you own into variants that the html5 controls can handle is the way to go.

really? then you shouldn't use sponsor's embeds but host the videos yourself, otherwise you will have a lot of broken videos over time.

I have no problems with KVS and flv. Did you post on his board?

The player works fine with .flv and AFAIK with .f4v files as well. However I'm not the author of KVS Player (I mean the client-side application). I only made a WordPress plugin for it - a wrapper (end-user interface).

Thus you should address your question to the KVS Player developers directly: KVS - Contact us - these guys are well known here and I believe they do all the best to assist you.

It is responsive. Your theme could be not, but the player is 100% responsive. Here is an example from my fellow customer: maturelabor.com - the site uses both my plugins: KVS Player Pro to stream videos and show ads and CyberSEO to automatically populate the site with sponsor-hosted videos.

The CyberSEO plugin allows you to download sponsor-hosted videos to your own host on autopilot. No problems with that.

I can be wrong, but it looks like a modified version of Novavideo theme.

What would be your advice on making money with the CyberSeo plugin? Tubes like this one / blogs, or maybe something else. Would it be better to work on a lot of websites (go in the direction of 100 to even 300 / 500 domains), or could it be good to work on several ones, but large? The one that was mentioned in the thread has 5,140 pages in Google, but it does not seem to be getting a lot of traffic. I would say that chances of websites like this getting penalized can be high too. Spinned text may not be showing in PlagSpotter.com and Copyscape.com, but you can copy several sentences of spinned text from the website, and paste it into Google, and a lot of times the original sites get displayed in the results. What would be the methods here, that can be used, to achieve good results / make money?

Sorry but I sell the tool only but not the ideas. It's like you ask the Photoshop makers on how you should your their product to gain profit: do retouching, start making your own pictures, do web design etc. There is no answer to this question. Just do whatever you can do better.
