of course I have a grill, and my parents' bbq brisket recipe. I would never bbq a brisket on a grill though. proper bbq brisket is cooked in a smoker.

But that's for another thread.

nevertheless, I added the smilies above and the comment that the brisket was a last minute choice. good news though, this thing is pretty tasty, we put it in the food processor and made chipped brisket sammies. tasty enough and they go perfect with the jack daniels !

I'm glad the kid redeemed himself, good win.

they had a great december. romo is statistically the number one QB in the league. will they beat green bay next week? doubtful. ugly ass game today against detroit. the early line gives them 6.5 pts. if they beat green bay then they'll have my attention.

He is at a lot of the games. Supposedly is a life-long, die-hard 'Boys fan.

I have to like that about him.
