Who do you use? Why? What's the pricing like comparatively to all the other crap you've tried?

I have found that most of my servers end up serving up content faster then using CDN but I've been messing around with KeyCDN, they are really cheap and you can start off when just a minimum $25 payment and then it's $0.04/per GB.
