I'm pleased to let everyone know that I will be at this year's Internext conference from Friday, January 16, 2015 until Monday, January 19, 2015. This year's legal workshop will offer all attendees the opportunity to weigh in and discuss some of the hottest legal issues in the adult industry today. Amongst the many topics that will be discussed are: the status of 18 USC 2257, the exponential increase in "revenge porn" legislation, the dangers of misusing website disclaimers, including, terms of service, privacy policies and warning pages and more. This workshop's panelists will include some of the most knowledgeable legal experts in the adult entertainment arena.
