Traffic and Content. Whats the big deal?
 

Ok we have all seen it before "Traffic is KING" and "Content is KING" Blah, Blah, Blah.
Well truth is both are "KING". You just need to have the right combo.
You can have the best fresh HQ content, but with no traffic your content is just as good as that 1980's movie with that little hair flicking in the corner.
On the other hand, have a site that gets a lot of traffic because you spend a lot on advertising or good SEO that is filled with the same old run of the mill content that 10,000 other sites have... Well most of your traffic is going to leave because they just looked at that same image or video on 2 other sites.
The days of posting some images and videos on a domain and making money has long been gone. Its time to get creative.
Just my thoughts.

I think if you have an original concept , hot girls or amatuer.. or at the least a good presentation, you will succeeed. Build it and they will come. Content is King. If its good you will be found.

I do think concept and presentation are very good key factors, but with so much free porn on the web i think surfers are getting bored. Interaction and involvement for the surfer will make you stand apart from the other click and go websites. People want to feel like they are getting something extra, even most of the time they are getting what they are looking for for free.

Here is an example:
I tested this at my local strip club.
Me and the owner are good friends and i get comped for most of "club fees" so i asked him to make me a guest list to let everyone that came in with me for free. I took 15 paying weekend members to the club during the week as my guest for free, (they normally don't go during the week). We all went in and they all spent the same money they did on the weekend. The only reason they went was it was free and they felt like they got the VIP treatment. $8 door fee x 15 members is $120 he lost at the door, but each member spent well over $100 each just on the bar, that's $1500 minus the $120 in comps is $1380.
The point is if people feel like they are getting more than the average user they still spent more in the end.

with traffic you can do anything. with content and no traffic not so much.

Traffic is more valueable than content, in the end.
Everyone wants and needs traffic but not everyone needs (or wants) your content.
