Seo tools recommendation
What seo tools / software / programs do you use / recommend?
|
Anything out there that claims to be a SEO tool, is nothing but a "tool"
My tools are test sites, a lot of them that I force in many different directions, all of them are 2 months ahead of the websites I SEO. Best tools that I've ever had. |
For wordpress I use yoast.
|
semrush, ahrefs, urivalet, urlprofiler, majestic, cognitiveseo and lots of others
|
Semrush is the best one :thumbsup

Here's some talk about SEO tools:
SEO 2015 Workout: SEMrush Twitter Chat Round-up #8 - SEMrush Blog Note: if you happen to find Mike Blazer on that page - it's me ;) |

Many Automated tools can hurt your SEO efforts as google doesn't exactly want people using them, they want Sending Automated Queries to Googlecan get you banned.... Remember WebPosition Gold?the software tool that automatically tested a keyword?s organic popularity using Google?s SOAP API? .... |
What all the tools show is just a raw data and it isn't even correct sometimes.
The real thing is to have experience to interpret that data right. Take a step to the wrong side and you can ruin your organic traffic... |
brain, eyes and fingers are good :)

SemRush keeps deleting my affiliate account for no reason though (real reason - I used adult website as my website url). This does not make F*** sense. Affiliate marketing is the best thing that they can get, free marketing, and they only pay if I make a sale. Why would they make it more difficult that it needs to be? |

What other good seo websites are there? I mean things / category like: CognitiveSeo.com, UrlProfiler.com. Good websites / tools.
|
For day-to-day SEO, I really only focus on these things:
1. Google search 2. Analytics 3. Webmaster tools 4. Accuranker Never had someone suggest a tool outside of these 4 that I've been impressed with. |

Ontolo.com is interesting too, ie: Generate Link Building Queries from Your Top Keywords (v2) : Link Building Tool There is no just one way to do it thought. Good theoretical knowledge, some paid tools, and then real life experience (the longer, the better) is all what is needed for this. Other things, besides of what you've mentioned, may be needed too, depending on what you are working on. Local rank tracking, for example. It does not seem to be included in the Accuranker tool. Other tools may be very useful too, I would say, but they also cost money. |
Tools can be very useful, but unfortunately they cost a lot of money too:
5 tube sites - OSE # # # I would say that majestic.com (good site, especially at these prices, as compared to the other ones), could be continuously, and SemRush.com (Guru Plan, expensive), monthly, if needed, would be something that I would need for sure. # # # This is not a tool, but it is an important thing, that can be added here too: Advanced search operators, Google |
