I used to work fast food - I had a guy lunge at me over the counter once. Amazing how people get pissed off at silly things.

I agree with you and the fired manager kept saying he is a minor, I couldnt touch him. What was I supposed to do.

Was minor (under 18)? How that does have impact on this?

The owner of the store did make a cryptic remark that there was more to the incident than shown in the video and asked us to rest assured that they took appropriate action. I call bullshit, but then again I probably would not have hesitated to put my hands on the minor who was destroying my store.

On that video of the irate mentally challenged lady at the counter demanding her 6.99... she should probably be helped into the back of a nicely padded van.

I don't get this minor thing. It seems that in US you can pretty much shoot a toddler threatening you with a milk bottle, but commanding or laying a hand on a under aged emplyee is something you can't do? How about shooting him?
