I'm selling one of our sites. It's a popular swedish sex story site launched in 2007. It get new stories sent in regularly, a couple per month. Stories are moderated. It runs on wordpress and has 3000 registered users.

The reason I'm selling is because I've been fighting chronic fatigue since about 1.5 year back and I don't have the energy to run the site and manage the advertising spots (manual + juicyads). Before I got sick we had a longtime advertiser for +3 years that paid $90/month but I did not reach out to renew that because of my health. I can attach the contact details if the buyer wants to persue that lead.

It has some serious potential for someone that would like to monetize it. Just the emails alone should be worth some (for newsletter etc).

"Sexnoveller" translates to "Sex stories".

We also have the twitter name "sexnoveller", that _could_ be included in the sale for some extra $$.

If your site makes 20 bucks a month, you won't get any 1k offer.
Maybe you are about to say "... But the site has potential..." but that is what almost everybody says.
Don't want to offend you, but my experience tells me, that "potential" does not count that much.

This site as you can see above is not sold on revenue. The confirmed email adresses and traffic alone is worth well over $1500. If you don't understand the value then move on, don't do offending post on other peoples ads. Thanks.
