COOL XXX Site/Concept 4 SALE or PARTNERSHIP
 

I'm new here so if I'm posting in the wrong section so plz forgive me. I've been tooling around GFY for several days and figure this is a good place to start. I'm looking to sell a XXX site/concept I had been working on last summer. I'm in the midst of launching my 3rd company (Tech. start-up), my 2nd was an alternative (MAINSTREAM) media start-up sold summer/2014 & I decided to stick with the mainstream route instead of this XXX side concept.

Fast Forward to now - While I'd love to do both, I simply can't be associated too indepth with an XXX site but it's too much of a potential cash cow to just leave dormant on my hard drive. In seeing the GFY AD posts, I wanted to pose it to you guys and gather some feedback, a buyer or a possible partnership. This is a XXX soc. network/user generated content (partial membership) site. My primary goal is to sell or find a partner wherein I can take a silent advisory role.:winkwink::winkwink:

----->> it's really in infancy stage. I had secured the domain names, had the initial wireframes built and have a TB drive full of user generated amateur content (both pics & vids - SAMPLES ATTACHED BELOW) straight, Lez & watermark free. I used to belong to an underground amateur user centric site - that was bought out by an known XXX Industry giant about 2 yrs. ago. During my time on the site, I rose in rank to 3rd in charge, uploaded the best content & helped set the tone & shape it's success. I pretty much saw how much more lucrative it could've been with the advent of the various soc. media platforms and with the college/millenials focus on amateur VS. typical high production content - it would be a serious Industry disruptor.

At this point, it's really just sitting on my hard drive - while I'd love to launch this and in 6mo.-1yr. collect a nice 15-25k/monthly check, but I'd like to see what options are out there. Whether it's to sell off the concept 100%, partner & just take an advisory role if needs be or possibly one could argue without the site fully developed and content uploaded -there's nothing here of value. Either way, imagine the Chive niche with a fun & cool social media - esque XXX focus. It's a huge XXX industry disruptor as the strategy is based on a radically different concept. Repeatedly, I've seen the comments and heard of the multitudes of failing XXX sites - from an entrepreneur's standpoint it seems to be that mostly everyone strives for the same traffic. This would be moreso a fun brand wherein the users aren't your typical porn traffic & fanatics thus you aren't spending droves to woo them from their favorite sites nor compete with tube sites. The industry heavyweights can dominate b/c they're not changing with the times and thus are primed for a an upstart to snatch market share with a much different angle.

Any feedback from an industry vet/advisor would be greatly appreciated. I've spoken to several KNOWN /Active GFY users in the past & they mentioned via email, that I was onto something - so looking to finally lauch this in 2018. Regards,
