The cop should be put in jail for assault.

Except that wasnt a cop it was a federal officer involved in a federal investigation. Meaning anyone recording what was going on could have revealed the identities of those involved. You should watch the entire video where the federal officers repeatedly ask her nicely to stop recording and the woman just keeps going on and on about her rights.

Whats going on in the states seems just ludicrous. Makes us second guess wanting to spend much time there this winter.

why she not charged obstruction? i see now, she didn't do nuffins
|
some cops are like pit bulls, attack the people they are supposed to serve. but thats what you want in a cop. need badasses to fight the badasses out there, selling pot.
:2 cents: |
:thumbsup:thumbsup he in real deep shit bubba
|
I like how the cop (if you've seen the video you will know what I'm talking about) kind of walks calmly up and around her field of vision and slams the phone down so as to not get caught on the video.... meanwhile, he has no clue that there is somebody else filming it.
That being said, if this was a federal investigation as many are claiming, she could be putting these men and women in harm's way. A lot of them work undercover and destroying that cover could put the investigation in danger or their lives. Time will tell the outcome of this one. :2 cents: |
Los Angeles Cops Snatches, Stomps Camera
There is contact information listed there if you want to complain. According to another article I've read, as long as you don’t get in their way, it’s perfectly legal to take photos and videos of police officers everywhere in the United States. This should be NO different and I don't know why people presume it would be just because they're Marshals! |
I give a shit if they are federals or about their investigation. They were in PUBLIC, and the US Supreme Court has ruled that it's perfectly fine to film public servants in public! When will these a-holes realize that?!?

Some of these men and women are the same people that make it possible for you to do what you do (if you are even involved in the industry) or even post here. If you do not get that there are other places in the world that are a lot harsher? You have been coddled your entire life. Want to post on GFY or get decapitated for stealing some food? The choice is yours. Yeah, sometimes cops have to take shit into the PUBLIC. Imagine that :1orglaugh Like everything else, there is a time and a place for everything. This wasn't some college kid getting his ass kicked for having 2 grams of dank at a concert. This was a calculated raid on a residence, and this fat Puerto Rican takes it upon herself to just start filimg them for the fuck of it. They should have broken her jaw instead of her Walmart brand android, Boost mobile, MetroPCS shit. :2 cents: Oops, EDIT: Trying to stir up some comments by playing devil's advocate. |
Exactly! It was a RAID, its not like they can cover the house with a tent to protect the identities of the parties involved OR the identities or the officers who were undercover.
Just imagine if your husband or wife was an agent undercover and their identity leaked due to some passer-by. Next thing you know you have a drug cartel trying to kill your family. I know i'd want my counterparts to protect me illegal or not. I'm going to say this woman is lucky she didnt get arrested. |
No Harmon, it's you who is the idiot. If they take shit in public then they know the rules of being in public apply. Unless you're saying that the US Marshals are just idiots too. I hope he gets punished for violating her constitutional rights, which is what he did no matter how much shit we may try to wrap it in.

You know what they would do? Butt fuck you 80 hemorrhoids from Sunday. And when they were done? They'd spit on your bleeding ass and then tell you that you have no internet access, because there is no internet access. Hate it here so bad? Move. |

Yes but who was filming the guy who was filming her as the cop broke her phone.
|
Too bad Mr. Piggy got pissed that someone was exercising their constitutional rights (for now) to film in public and attached them for it!
Don't worry Mr. Piggy...your government will take that right away soon enough and then you can continue to abuse your power with no evidence or accountability. |

This was a biker gang bust by the feds. Check the link below where the local NBC affiliate states they blurred the coverage in case officers were under cover. The woman sounds like a real cunt when told to move because it's unsafe.
I'm all for cops wearing video cameras, even bystanders taking videos of local cops. But as federal law enforcement taking down a biker gang I really wouldn't want my face out there for identification/retaliation. This is video not shown before ... Ok. This is America, bitch! I'm an idiot for stating the Supreme Court ruling on this?? Ok. Whatever dude. Do you even have a triple digit IQ? It was a fat fuck wearing jeans, not a swat team in full gear with masks. Lady had the right to film, period. Also, Go Fuck Yourself. |
